Madagascar Centella Cream is a strengthening and soothing cream that contains centella extract, niacinamide and squalane.

This creamy moisturizer contains plant-based ceramides that strengthen the skin's own protective barrier. Together with squalane, they make the skin less prone to dryness and flaking and create a beautifully moisturized complexion.

Niacinamide balances the oiliness of the skin and help fade hyperpigmentation.

The Centella Asiatica extract improves skin renewal and collagen production and soothes inflamed and irritated skin.

Hyaluronic acid binds water to itself, making the skin plumper and softer.

Moisturizer is the important final step in the skincare routine. Apply after other skincare products excluding face oils and sunscreen. Always patch test new products to ensure they suit your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to an area like the neck and wait 24–48 hours to check for any reactions.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.
