Making the contract and delivering the products 

Agreements regarding orders made through the site are made in English, Finnish, or Swedish.​

When you click the "Place/submit Order" button at the end of the order process, you are making a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. You will receive an order confirmation in your email immediately after your order is registered. A binding contract is formed either at the moment we send you the order confirmation via email or at the time of delivery of the order, whichever occurs first. Please note that the products sent, when we have received the total price of the products you ordered as well as the shipping costs.

Our right to cancel the order: In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the order or part of it, we reserve the right to do so if, for example, the product is out of stock, you have requested delivery to a destination country to which we do not currently ship, the order has not been paid in full, there are issues with the billing information you provided, or there has been a significant error in the pricing of the product, we will notify you by email and will not charge you for the product/products.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders you place with us. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel ordered quantities per person, household, or order. We may cancel your order if we suspect a high risk of fraud, or that our products are being purchased for resale or other commercial purposes.

Sometimes our site or Service may contain information that includes typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, delivery times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on the related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

Products and services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively through the website. There may be a limited quantity of these products or services.

We try our best to show the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your computer screen or any other screen is accurate or matches the color or shade of the product in reality.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of products or services we offer. All product descriptions or prices may change at any time without prior notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale or production of any product at any time.

Prices and shipping costs 

The retail price of the product is determined at the time of order at checkout according to the price stated. The stated prices include value-added tax in accordance with Finnish law. We reserve the right of ownership to the products until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The prices of our products may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the service (or any part or content of it) at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes to our products and services, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuations.

We reserve the right to cancel the order in the event of a clear and significant pricing error. This refers to a pricing error of the product on the website such that the price of the Service deviates so significantly and clearly from the usual price level that the average consumer would be considered to have understood that there is an error. An example of a significant pricing error is for example, if the product's stated selling price is 0 euros. If the pricing error is clearly significant, the price does not bind the company and no contract is formed between the buyer and the company.

Please note that if you access the online store, for example, through a search engine using a web address from outside your billing country, it is possible that the taxes do not update correctly to the product prices presented on the site. You will always see the final product price at checkout, once you have added your billing and shipping address. Prices may still update after providing this information.

The shipping costs for your order will be indicated in the online store in connection with your order. You will always see the final shipping cost at checkout.

We aim to send the products1-10 business days from the receipt of the order. The order date is not included in the shipping time estimate. If we have not shipped the product within 10 days or within a reasonable time thereafter, send us a message at info@yepposooonsoo.com. After handling, the delivery time to the pickup point or recipient is on average 1-8 business days, depending on the transport method and company .

When the package is available for pickup, you will receive a notification via text message and/or email. For home deliveries, if the package information includes a phone number or email address, the carrier may send the recipient a notification with the option to choose the most suitable delivery time. Other delivery partners deliver the package without prior notice. If you are not reachable during the time of the delivery, the delivery company will inform you how to receive the shipment. We are not responsible for the loss of deliveries made to the recipient without acknowledgment.

Payment 

We regularly accept the payment methods available for review iat checkout: PayPal,Klarna (Finland), Mobilepay (Finland), credit card, debit card and Paytrail available payment methods as well as Shopify's payment methods. You will see all payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right not to accept certain payment methods and correspondingly to accept payments only from certain countries and/or to encourage the use of another payment method. If you pay by card, we reserve the right to make a pre-authorization at the time of the order to secure the payment. You are responsible for any costs arising from payment transactions. If you pay by credit card, the order will be charged to your card immediately.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate name, address, contact, and payment information for all orders placed on our site. You agree to promptly review and update your customer account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can process your transactions without issues and contact you when necessary.

When you pay using the payment methods offered by the credit provider that we offer.Paytrailand Klarna companies through which you make an agreement on the repayment of the loan with the respective payment provider. Please familiarize yourself with the loan granting conditions carefully on the companies' own websites.

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as the payment intermediary service provider and in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Payment information

If you do not pay your order on time, Paytrail reserves the right to charge a fixed late fee of five euros for each payment reminder in addition to the statutory late interest according to the interest act. You have the opportunity to demonstrate that the actual damage has been significantly less than this fixed fee or that no damage has occurred at all. 

By accepting these terms, you agree that Paytrail will send you invoices and other receipts exclusively in electronic form to your email, remember to check your spam folder. 

Discounts, discount codes, vouchers and their use 

Discounts, discount codes, and vouchers may be distributed in connection with marketing campaigns; hereinafter referred to as "Discounts", "Benefit". Discount codes or vouchers cannot be purchased. Vouchers and discount codes are valid only for a predetermined, limited time.

This discount or benefit must be used during its validity period. Discounts cannot be applied to gift cards. Please note that using the benefit may require a minimum order value. Unused discounts and benefits will not be refunded retroactively.

The price of the products to be ordered must be at least equal to the value of the benefit. If the discount does not cover the price of the products, the difference between the order and the value of the discount can be paid using one of the payment methods we accept. Discounts and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest will accrue on the value of the benefit. The value of the discount will not be credited, even if some or all of the ordered products are returned.

Discounts or benefits can only be redeemed at the time of placing the order before the order is sent. Discounts cannot be utilized or used after the order has been placed. Discounts cannot be transferred to another person. Discounts and benefits cannot be combined with each other, and they do not apply to already discounted products or services, unless otherwise specifically stated.

If you have used a discount in connection with your order and you cancel your order or return part of it so that the total value of the order after the cancellation or return is less than the value of the benefit you used, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the items you keep.

Validity period of benefits and discountsin the online store is determined according to the Finnish time zone (Eastern European Standard Time (GMT+2))​.

Gift cards and their use 

You can purchase gift cards of various values from our site. If the gift card does not cover the total price of the ordered products, the difference between the order and the value of the gift card can be paid using one of our accepted payment methods. A gift card purchased from the online store can be used for payments both online and in our physical stores.

The gift card can be redeemed and its value used only at the time of placing the order before the order is sent. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and no interest will accrue on the value of the gift card.

The value of gift cards does not contribute to the minimum order amount required for free shipping in the online store. Discounts and benefits cannot be used to purchase gift cards. 

Statutory right of withdrawal 

When ordering Services from Yeppo & Soonsoo website, you have the right to cancel the contract or utilize the right of return within 14 days without stating a reason. The cancellation period ends 14 days after you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has taken possession of the last product included in the order.

When exercising the right of cancellation, the same terms and costs apply as for returns.

Not picking up the order does not constitute a cancellation of the order.​

Our online store follows the return policies in accordance with Finnish law. You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it only if the product is completely unused and unopened. Opened and used products cannot be returned. Earrings and necklaces cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. The product must be in its original condition to receive a return. If the product has become unsellable due to the customer's use, careless packaging, or other actions, the customer is responsible for the full value of the product and we will deduct the original price of the product from the amount to be refunded.

If you cancel the contract, we are obliged to refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received the products you canceled or returned.

Refund of payments 

Refunds for installment payments and advance payments made via bank transfer will be paid to the account you used for the payment. Please note that you may need to inform us separately of your account details for the refund. If you used PayPal or a credit card for the payment, the refund will be paid to your Paypal or credit card account. If you used Klarna payment options, refund will be credited to the Klarna payment method. If you used a payment method from the credit provider, the refunded amount will be credited using the same payment method. If you paid for your purchase with a gift card, we will credit the refunded amount to your gift card or send you a new gift card with a value equivalent to the refunded amount.

Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if the information available on this site is not accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The material on this site is intended for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon or used solely as a basis for decision-making, without primary, more accurate, more complete, or more timely sources of information. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

Statutory liability for defects and other information 

Our liability for defects is determined by applicable law. If you notice a defect in the product, please contact our customer service at info@yepposoonsoo.com, even if the return period for the product has already expired. We will respond to all defects that were present in the product when you received it, even if the defect is discovered later. However, you must report the defect you have noticed within a reasonable time after you have noticed it, no later than 2 months after receiving the product. Our liability does not cover defects caused by incorrect use, treatment, or handling of the product, or by normal wear and tear of the product.

Please note that the actual ingredients of the product may differ from what we state in the product description. This may be due to the product being recently updated or the ingredients being listed according to Korean/EU law, which often differ from each other. If you have an allergy to any ingredient, we ask that you contact us before purchasing the product in question. A single differing ingredient does not justify a free return. 

Any allergic reaction or sensitization that may result from the use of the product is not covered by the liability for defects. All products sold by Yeppo & Soonsoo are CPNP approved, which means they meet the requirements of EU cosmetic legislation. Although the safety of the products has been ensured, it does not eliminate the possibility of an individual consumer being allergic to a certain ingredient. If you notice that a product causes allergic symptoms, redness, or other symptoms, stop using it immediately. Any potential cause of allergy should always be investigated through allergy tests prescribed by a dermatologist, at the consumer's own initiative and expense. We always recommend performing a patch test (skin irritation test) on a small area before starting to use a new product.

User-generated content

We reserve the right, but we have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove content that we deem in our sole discretion to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any party or the terms of our site.

You agree that any product reviews, comments, or other content you submit do not infringe on the rights of any party, including third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, identity, or any other personal or proprietary rights. You also agree that your comments or reviews do not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive, or obscene text, material, or computer viruses or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or related websites. You may not use a false email address, impersonate someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties regarding the origin of any content you produce. You are solely responsible for all your comments and their accuracy. We are not responsible for any comments submitted by you or third parties.

In accordance with the EU directive, we only accept product reviews on our site from verified buyers. For this reason, we can publish and receive reviews only from consumers who have confirmed that they ordered the product being reviewed from our online store. The third-party hosting service we use to collect reviews may request reviews via email based on your purchase history after you have purchased a product from the website, or collect reviews from consumers who visit the site and leave a review through the product page. Both options are available only to verified product buyers.
