Dries a little, but is quite nice to use. Has suitable pigmentation and is buildable, minus points for the scent.

Wonderful long-lasting gloss product

This is a wonderful hybrid between a lip gloss and a coloring "tint". The gloss of the product is lovely, but the color lasts longer than normal lip gloss.
