Dermide Cica Barrier Sleeping Pack is an effective nourishing and moisturizing night mask / night cream that treats the skin overnight. The mask contains skin-repairing squalane and effectively soothing centella extract.

The night mask helps to strengthen the skin's resistance to external irritants and to smooth the skin's texture.

The night mask is applied to the face in the evening as the last step of the skin care routine instead of the moisturizer or if desired thinly on top of the moisturizer. Always test new products on a small area of skin to ensure their suitability for your skin, especially if your skin is sensitive. Add a small amount to the neck, for example, and wait 24-48 hours to notice any skin reactions.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Centella's antioxidants calm the irritated by relieving inflammation and reducing redness. It also improves and regenerates the skin and supports collagen production. In addition, centella brightens and evens out the skin tone, helps the skin retain moisture and reduces the visibility of scars.

Centella can have many different names depending on which part of the plant has been used, or what kind of extracts and oils have been made from it; eg Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract and Centella Asiatica Root Extract. In many cultures, including Korea, centella is also known as Tiger grass or Tiger herb. The name comes from the legend that wounded tigers would seek out wild centella and rub themselves on the plant's leaves to heal.

Very moisturizing and soothing. Extremely good product for sensitive and very dry skin. Especially good for repairing damaged skin barrier. Might not be good for oily skin.

A really moisturizing and nourishing night mask. The composition is quite thick, and you have to work with it for a while before it gets absorbed properly. Even so, this is my go-to night mask (dry skin).

A nice soothing and protective mask. Saves cheeks from dryness in winter. A plus for being odorless.

Leaves a protective layer on the skin without feeling heavy. A little too thin for my mixed skin for winter use (you would need another cream under it), but especially for summer use, a really great night cream.
