Oat-in Silky Toner is an effectively moisturizing facial toner that contains oat extract and beta glucan. The thick and viscous face water is perfect for skin prone to dryness, which needs particularly gentle and moisturizing care.

The composition containing glycerin creates a protective film on the skin that keeps moisture in the skin longer. Betaglucan enhances this moisturizing effect by binding water to the skin and instantly making the skin softer and silkier.

Toner is applied first after cleansing. It hydrates and prepares the skin to receive the following products. It is recommended to apply hydrating toners using your hands, while exfoliating ones should be applied with a cotton pad.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

It leaves a moisturizing film on the skin, which at least feels a bit stuffy in the summer, but in the winter it can be a good thing for dry combination skin. However, I couldn't find any information on the packaging about how long the product will last after opening.
