Heartleaf Essence is an effective hydrating and soothing serum for all skin types.

The serum contains Houttuynia Cordata Extract, which soothes itchy and irritated skin, making it brighter and softer. Hyaluronic acid fills the skin with moisture, smoothing the skin and making it look brighter. Succinic acid exfoliates dead skin cells, helping to keep skin texture more beautiful and even.

Essence is applied after toner and before serums, ampoules or moisturizer. Essences are usually more runny than serums or ampoules in consistency, and the active ingredient concentrations are not as high. Essences contain more moisturizing and nourishing ingredients than toners. Pat the product onto the face with your hands. Always patch test new products to ensure they suit your skin, especially if you have sensitive skin. Apply a small amount to an area like the neck and wait 24–48 hours to check for any reactions.

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Nice simple list of ingredients, fresh and the smell is wonderful.

Moisturized and soothed the skin well!

Fresh and light composition, plus the fact that it is fragrance-free and a good list of ingredients. Unfortunately, I haven't noticed any other effects on my dry and sensitive skin with this use. Maybe this just didn't work for me.
