Clean It Zero is a facial cleansing balm that removes makeup, dirt and other impurities. Due to the warm temperature of your hands and face, the balm melts on the face into an oil, mixing with even a thicker makeup base, leaving the skin soft and moisturized.

The Pore Clarifying version is a balm specifically designed for cleaning pores, and it dissolves blackheads and other impurities in pores.

The balm is easy to rinse off with warm water. The product does not clog pores, but on the contrary, gets mixed with hardened sebum and removes it when the product is emulsified with water.

Directions: Take a small amount of the balm and apply it on a dry face by massaging the face gently. Rinse the balm with warm water. Proceed with the second stage of cleansing with a cleansing foam or gel, such as the Banila Co Clean It Zero Pore Clarifying Foam Cleanser.

Recommended for: oily skin and skin prone to impurities

The cleansing balm is the 1st step of the skin care routine, e.g. for cleansing make-up, sunscreen and dirt: Rub a coin-sized dollop of the balm onto a dry face in circular motions, then wet your hands and rub the face again to emulsify the cleansing balm. Rinse off with luke-warm water and continue with step 2 cleansing (e.g. cleansing gel or foam).

If skin irritation, such as redness, swelling or itching occurs after use or exposure to sunlight, stop use of the product and consult a doctor if necessary. Do not use for broken skin. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with eyes and rinse with water if the product gets into the eyes.

Is this the regular/genuine one

I've been trying to reach you for almost a month via email and also turned to your Instagram and had a lot of contact there, they can't do anything from Instagram though!

This jar I got home is called annat (tri peel acid) while the ones I had before are called tea tree EX, the balm also doesn't empty my pores of dirt at all! I don't seem to get any "grains" at all, which I used to always get when I used this product (although previously purchased from Lyko). It's also not because I wouldn't have dirt in my pores, because I can clearly see that I do, so I don't understand why this one doesn't do the same job as the ones I had before! I LOVE this balm in normal cases and it's the only balm that actually managed to clear my pores (I have large open pores). I am sooooo disappointed with this particular one from you and also that you haven't even answered me at all for approx. 1 month by email, bad! Enclosing pictures of the can from you and how previous cans looked, you can see that it does not say the same on the yellow text under ZERO.
