In search of an answer, the researcher found a jam factory in Alsace, France, where no extra substances were added to the jam. The researcher also noticed the silky smooth and wrinkle-free hands of the master maker of the jams.

When fruits, their seeds, juice and skins are processed at a low temperature, they lose as little nutrients as possible during the process. In this way, the most useful ingredients of fruits, berries and vegetables, such as vitamins and antioxidants, can be brought into Frudia's products.
