Ink Velvet Lip Liner is a precise lip liner that creates definition and shape for lips, an extends the life of lip makeup.

One of my fave lipliners. Its very long-lasting and looks beautiful on the lips. However, sometimes it crumbles weirdly and then its both difficult to remove and reapply. Also a bit difficult to sharpen.
